Prayer Shawl Ministry

The goal of this group is to create, collect, and distribute prayer shawls to those who could use some additional comfort. These include patients in hospice, the ICU, neonatal units, homeless shelters, etc. This group will meet once a month to create prayer shawls, and 2-4 times a year prepare all created and collected shawls for dispersal (adding prayer notes, possibly getting them blessed by a priest) before delivering them to those in need.

We meet on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, at 7 PM, at St. Pat’s Downtown in the Rempe Building, room 106. All are welcome!
